I may refuse any commission request for any or no reason.

Commissions aren't done in a first come first serve basis.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are up front through Paypal. Prices are all in USD.

In the event the commissioner decides to cancel the commission, a partial refund may be offered after a WIP has been delivered, a full refund if the commission wasn't started.

I'm mainly an inflatable/balloon artist and work best within those themes, I think I'm generally flexible with the themes I will draw, however...

Large changes and adjustments preferably during the initial draft stage.

A maximum of 4 large scale changes or redraws during sketch stage, changes done after inking may incur in additional fees.

Small adjustments are generally fine and not penalized in any way. (an adjustment is small depending at my own discretion)

Right to reproduce or display

I reserve the right to share the works on any of my social media and gallery unless previously agreed to with the commissioner.

The commissioner may also share the artwork on any social media or gallery, as long as they don't attribute the work to themselves.

You may not remove my signature under any circumstances. (on signed artwork)

You may print or reproduce the images for personal use only.

You may not use the artwork for profit (i.e. prints) or advertisement without express permission.
